Health or Northamptonshire County Council, Community Services? If so then you may find an Advocacy Service will help, the definition of an 'Advocate' is: "A person who defends or promotes a cause" There are currently three organisations who provide an advocacy service for Carers, as well as ICAS (Independent Complaints Advocacy Service) who all work on a county-wide basis.
