Through the Carers
Support Worker the branch offers Information, Help, Advice and support
for Carers looking after people with all forms of dementia.
The Branch runs a Carers Support Group in Towcester. |

The Branch is delighted that a former carer and committee member, Mary
Dark, will be facilitating a new group for former carers in Towcester.

● Carers Saturday - Holistic Therapy
Annukka Barrett is running 2 sessions in Greens Norton for Carers on
Saturday 30th August and Saturday 27th September 2008. Treatments
available at a special price include Swedish Body Massage for £10.00,
Back & Neck Massage for £7.00 and Hand Massage for £5.00.

● Fundraising Cycle Ride at Silverstone Racetrack
The branch are taking part in a fundraising Cycle Ride at
Silverstone Racetrack on Friday 19th September starting at 6p.m.
There is a £5.00 fee with funding being split 75% to the Branch and 25%
to Rotary Charity Funds.

● Brackley Memory Walk
The Branch is organising their next Memory Walk following the success of
last years. It will take place on Sunday 21st September 2008,
2p.m. at St. James Lake in Brackley. Please support this event, more
