"Looking after me" - A
course for Carers
Looking after me is a course for
adults who care for someone with a long term health condition or
disability.
It will look at relation techniques,
dealing with tiredness, healthy eating, coping with feelings of
depression, planning for the future and much more.
Gill Foreman is in the process of
organising dates around the county for Carers to attend and would very
much like to hear from Carers who would like to attend. Further details
can be obtained from Gill on 01536 310294 or
